  Southwestern Stephenson County in northwestern Illinois...
  Central Jackson County in east central Iowa...
  Central Dubuque County in northeastern Iowa...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 448 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Finley's Landing Park to Bryant, moving northeast at
  40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Dubuque, Galena, Asbury, Savanna, Bellevue, Stockton, East Dubuque,
  Preston, Hanover, Elizabeth, Woodbine, Sabula, Miles, Scales Mound,
  Apple River, La Motte, Menominee, Rickardsville, Sherrill, and
  Springbrook.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building.
