  East central Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 435 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Stanhope, or
  9 miles southeast of Newton, moving southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to 
           roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

  Morristown, Dover, Madison, Hopatcong, Florham Park, Chatham,
  Wharton, Rockaway, Morris Plains, Mount Arlington, Mendham,
  Stanhope, Netcong, Chester, Victory Gardens, Andover, Lake Mohawk,
