* At 911 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southwest 
  of Xenia, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible.

  Xenia, Yellow Springs, Cedarville, Jamestown, Wilberforce, New
  Jasper, Spring Valley, Clifton, Paintersville, Middleton Corner,
