  Clinton County in east central Iowa...

* Until 115 PM CDT.

* At 1206 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Morley to near Donahue, moving northeast at 40
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Dubuque, Clinton, Maquoketa, DeWitt, Camanche, Asbury, Bellevue,
  Cascade, East Dubuque, Peosta, Preston, Wheatland, Grand Mound,
  Sabula, Delmar, Lost Nation, Miles, Calamus, Andrew, and Charlotte.
