  extending from near Hancock to 7 miles west of Inwood to near Star
  Tannery, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches 
           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as 
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by 
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. 
           Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

  Hagerstown, Winchester, Martinsburg, Charles Town, Shepherdstown,
  Hancock, Municipal Stadium, Millwood Pike, Robinwood,
  Fountainhead-Orchard Hills, Ranson, Berryville, Boonsboro, Inwood,
  Paramount-Long Meadow, Wilson-Conococheague, Williamsport, Stephens
  City, Mount Aetna, and Round Hill.
