* At 556 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Fairfield
  County Airport, or near Winnsboro, moving northeast at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to trees and powerlines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Winnsboro, Fairfield County Airport, Ridgeway, Rion, Winnsboro
  Mills, Fairfield Elementary School, Smallwood, and Fairfield County
  Detention Center.

This includes Interstate 77 between mile markers 31 and 46.
