* At 707 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Goshen,
  moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind 
           damage to trees and powerlines.

  Bradford, Thetford Hill State Park, Bethel, Randolph, Strafford,
  Pomfret, Rochester, Thetford, Chittenden, Goshen, Fairlee, West
