* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Eastern White County in southeastern Illinois...
  Southwestern Wabash County in southeastern Illinois...
  Southeastern Edwards County in southeastern Illinois...
  Vanderburgh County in southwestern Indiana...
  Southwestern Gibson County in southwestern Indiana...
  Posey County in southwestern Indiana...
  Northwestern Henderson County in northwestern Kentucky...
  Northern Union County in northwestern Kentucky...

* Until 645 PM CDT.

* At 541 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Owensville to Crossville, moving southeast at
  30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. This storm has produced quarter 
           sized hail in Albion, IL.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Severe thunderstorms will be near...
  Owensville, Poseyville, New Harmony, and Crossville around 545 PM 
  CDT.
  Cynthiana around 550 PM CDT.
  Haubstadt and Blairsville around 600 PM CDT.
  Evansville, Mount Vernon, and Darmstadt around 605 PM CDT.
  Kasson around 610 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include
Phillipstown, Griffin, and Maunie.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 69 in Indiana between Mile Markers 20 and 22.
 Interstate 64 in Indiana between Mile Markers 1 and 29.
 Interstate 64 in Illinois between Mile Markers 124 and 130.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
