* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Will County in northeastern Illinois...
  Southeastern Cook County in northeastern Illinois...

* Until 930 PM CDT.

* At 822 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Minooka to 7 miles east of Streator, moving
  northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Joliet, Hammond, Tinley Park, Calumet City, Chicago Heights,
  Lansing, Harvey, New Lenox, Munster, Park Forest, Homewood,
  Matteson, Mokena, Frankfort, Channahon, Minooka, Steger, Braidwood,
  Wilmington, Peotone, South Holland, Country Club Hills, Dyer, Hazel
  Crest, and Richton Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for northeastern
Illinois.
