  Northeastern Newton County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 800 PM CST.

* At 713 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Toledo Bend
  Dam, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Leesville, Anacoco, Toledo Bend Dam, New Llano, and Hornbeck.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
