  Central Newton County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 900 PM CST.

* At 756 PM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Rosepine to near Tulla to near Devils Pocket,
  moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  De Ridder, Rosepine, Merryville, Reeves, Dry Creek, Singer,
  Sugartown, De Quincy, Ragley, Fields, Bon Weir, Pitkin, Mittie,
  Grant, Bivens, Gillis, Leblanc, Junction, Oretta, and Longville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into a
small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CST for southeastern
Texas. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 200 AM CST for
southwestern and west central Louisiana.
