  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northwestern Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Southern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 838 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lombard, or
  10 miles northwest of Elkton, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is 
           possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Pennsville, Westtown, Carneys Point, Elsmere,
  Kennett Square, New Castle, Penns Grove, Salem, Oxford, Alloway,
  West Grove, Delaware City, Newport, Arden, Glen Roy, Stanton,
  Cheyney, and Glasgow.

This includes the following highways...
 New Jersey Turnpike near exit 1.
 Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 1 and 23.
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 8.

building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service
office in Mount Holly NJ.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
