  North central Roane County in central West Virginia...

* Until 1030 PM EDT.

* At 959 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Grantsville,
  moving southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Glenville, Grantsville, Arnoldsburg, Cedar Creek State Park, Sand
  Fork, Shock, Millstone, Wilsie, Smithville, Rosedale, Stouts Mills,
  Mount Zion, Creston, Big Springs, Brohard, Nicut, Stumptown,
  Tanner, Macfarlan, and Annamoriah.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning 
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately to shelter 
inside a strong building. Stay away from windows. Lightning is one 
of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you 
are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to 
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for northwestern
West Virginia.
