The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Western Hancock County in west central Illinois...
  Southwestern Lee County in southeastern Iowa...
  Southern Clark County in northeastern Missouri...

* Until 400 PM CDT.

* At 309 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Antioch, or 9 miles south of Kahoka, moving
  northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Warsaw, Wayland, Winchester, Antioch, Clark City, Gregory Landing, 
  St. Patrick, and Clark County Fairgrounds around 315 PM CDT.
  Keokuk, Hamilton, Alexandria, and St. Francisville around 320 PM 
  CDT.
  Summitville, Mooar, Keokuk Airport, and Chatfield Park around 325 
  PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include
Sandusky, Camp Eastman, Nauvoo, Elvaston and Galland.

This also includes Nauvoo State Park.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
