FOR SOUTHEASTERN FOARD...NORTHEASTERN KNOX...SOUTHWESTERN
WILBARGER...NORTHWESTERN BAYLOR AND SOUTHEASTERN HARDEMAN COUNTIES...

At 530 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles south of
Thalia, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect 
         considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to 
         mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Thalia, Lockett, and Rayland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A tornado watch remains in effect for the warned area. Tornadoes can
develop quickly from severe thunderstorms.
