...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 AM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN SHAWNEE...NORTHEASTERN WABAUNSEE AND SOUTHEASTERN
POTTAWATOMIE COUNTIES...

At 116 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Paxico, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Rossville, St. Marys, Silver Lake, Maple Hill, McFarland, Paxico, and
Willard.

This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 329 and 348.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from
windows.
