...TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CDT FOR SOUTHEASTERN
BOONE, CALLAWAY AND NORTH CENTRAL COLE COUNTIES...

At 838 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Fulton, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
         likely.

This tornado will be near...
  Fulton around 840 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by the tornado include Carrington and
Kingdom City.

This includes the following State Parks...
Rock Bridge State Park, Jewell Cemetery Historic Site and Jefferson
Landing Historic Site.

This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri between exits 128 and 155.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself
from flying debris.

Tornadoes are difficult to observe at night. Take cover now!
