FOR NORTHWESTERN STANLEY COUNTY...

At 1206 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of
Hayes, or 24 miles west of Fort Pierre, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Hayes, West Shore Rec Area, and Chantier Creek Recreation Area.
