CRITTENDEN COUNTY...

At 339 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Earle, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
West Memphis, Marion, Earle, Crawfordsville, Sunset, Jericho,
Jennette, Turrell, Clarkedale, Three Forks, Booker, Gammon,
Cunningham Corner, Harvard, Cloar, Vincent, Ebony, Lansing, Julius,
and Blanton.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 in Arkansas between mile markers 265 and 280.
 Interstate 55 in Arkansas between mile markers 4 and 21.
