...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN CARROLL...HOWARD...NORTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY AND
SOUTHWESTERN BALTIMORE COUNTIES AND NORTHWESTERN BALTIMORE CITY...

At 636 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Owings Mills to near Columbia to near Potomac, moving
east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to 
         fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage 
         homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed 
         trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured 
         light objects may become projectiles.

Locations impacted include...
Baltimore, Columbia, Olney, Pikesville, Historic Ellicott City,
Ellicott City, Towson, Aspen Hill, Catonsville, Woodlawn,
Randallstown, Owings Mills, Eldersburg, Milford Mill, Lochearn,
Fairland, White Oak, Redland, Colesville, and Kemp Mill.
