FOR NORTHWESTERN CLINTON...FRANKLIN AND NORTHEASTERN ST. LAWRENCE
COUNTIES...

At 603 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Nicholville,
moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind 
         damage to trees and powerlines.

Massena International Airport - Richards Field, Burke Village,
Brushton, Malone Village, Chateaugay Village, Massena Village,
Franklin, Dickinson, Bangor, Massena, Bombay, Burke, Moira, Clinton,
Stockholm, Waverly, Malone, Brasher, Westville, and Chateaugay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.

To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
Burlington.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
