...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM CST 
FOR SOUTHWESTERN BIENVILLE, SOUTHEASTERN BOSSIER, SOUTHEASTERN CADDO 
AND NORTHWESTERN RED RIVER PARISHES...

At 1203 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southwest 
of Ringgold, or 22 miles northeast of Mansfield, moving northeast at 
50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Ringgold, Hall Summit, Castor, Ninock, Loggy Bayou, Lake Bistineau 
  South, Crichton and Caspiana.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from 
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.

Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek 
shelter immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a 
well-built structure.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. 
Lightning is one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can 
hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
