...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM CST 
FOR SOUTH CENTRAL BIENVILLE, NORTHWESTERN NATCHITOCHES AND 
SOUTHEASTERN RED RIVER PARISHES...

At 1230 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles northeast 
of Campti, or 20 miles southwest of Jonesboro, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Campti, Saline, Lucky, Ashland, Powhatan, Black Lake, Creston, 
  Chestnut and Clear Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from 
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.

Wind damage with this storm will occur before any rain or lightning. 
Do not wait for the sound of thunder before taking cover. Seek 
shelter immediately inside a sturdy structure and stay away from 
windows.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CST Saturday for a 
portion of northwest Louisiana.
