...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM CDT
FOR GEARY...SOUTHERN RILEY...WABAUNSEE AND SOUTHERN POTTAWATOMIE
COUNTIES...

At 1035 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 4 miles north of Manhattan to 8 miles west of Volland,
moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Public. Several personal weather stations from Junction 
         City to Manhattan have reported wind gusts of around 70 mph.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Manhattan, Junction City, Wamego, Alma, St. Marys, Ogden, Grandview
Plaza, Riley, St. George, Maple Hill, McFarland, Paxico, Belvue,
Emmett, Louisville, Keene, Keats, and Volland.

This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 295 and 341.
