FOR SOUTHWESTERN MEDINA...NORTHERN ASHLAND AND NORTHWESTERN WAYNE
COUNTIES...

At 736 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Polk, or 10
miles north of Ashland, moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Ashland, Lodi, Creston, West Salem, Hayesville, Savannah, Polk,
Sullivan, Seville, Westfield Center, Jeromesville, Bailey Lakes,
Burbank, Congress, Rowsburg, Nova, and Nankin.
