...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM EST
FOR EAST CENTRAL CLINTON...HOWARD AND NORTHWESTERN TIPTON COUNTIES...

At 715 PM EST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Peru to 8 miles south of Kokomo, moving east at
55 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Kokomo, Greentown, and Indian Heights.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EST for central
Indiana.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
