...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM CDT
FOR EASTERN ROCK ISLAND...SCOTT AND CLINTON COUNTIES...

At 1217 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Charlotte to Malone to Moline, moving east at 45
mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Davenport, Moline, Rock Island, Bettendorf, Clinton, East Moline,
Silvis, Eldridge, DeWitt, Milan, Camanche, Le Claire, Coal Valley,
Fulton, Hampton, Port Byron, Walcott, Blue Grass, Buffalo, and
Andalusia.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 74 in Iowa between mile markers 1 and 5.
 Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 285 and 306.
 Interstate 80 in Illinois between mile markers 1 and 5.
 Interstate 74 in Illinois between mile markers 1 and 7.
 Interstate 88 between mile markers 1 and 13.
 Interstate 280 between mile markers 1 and 18.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
