...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM CDT FOR EASTERN
ROCK AND SOUTHWESTERN JEFFERSON COUNTIES...

At 616 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Janesville, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Weather spotters reported persistent rotating wall cloud 
         and a funnel cloud near Janesville. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Janesville, Milton, and Lake Koshkonong around 620 PM CDT.
  Fort Atkinson around 630 PM CDT.
  Whitewater around 635 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Hanover and Leyden.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
